Fullswing
Rehearse your full swing
Don’t be a mindless range sheep when working on your full swing. Instead, take one deliberate, mindful practice swing before each shot, mimicking the feel or technique you’re working on that day. For example, if you’re working on a more upright backswing, make a purposeful rehearsal that employs your new swing key, then repeat it when hitting the shot. This helps you reinforce the new motor skill you’re trying to learn. It also keeps you focused on the all-important process of the swing, not just the quality of the contact.
Fullswing Posture
Here are a few tips to accomplish the proper golf posture:
• Stand tall with a slight knee bend from the hips.
• You should feel a pelvic tilt (butt out) with a flat back as you bend over.
• Your weight should be on the balls of your feet.
• You want a slight tilt with your spine away from the target so your lead shoulder is slightly higher than your trailing shoulder.
• Your arms should hang straight down from your body and you should then grip the club from there.
Chipping & Pitching
The difference between a chip and a pitch is that the pitch shot flies farther than it rolls, and the chip shot rolls farther than it flies. A chip can travel a longer distance than a pitch. Some places have a lot of slopes and the ground is quite hard. Little chips can roll a very long way.
The definition of a chip shot is, “A short game shot that rolls farther than it flies.”
The definition of a pitch shot is, “A short game shot that flies farther than it rolls.”
Putting
The 6 steps to putting mastery
- Approaching the ball on the green
- Marking the ball and guessing a line
- Reading the slope
- Remarking and aiming your golf ball
- Feeling the distance with practice strokes
- Putting the ball
It is simple to pull of, but hard to master. But thats why we are here.
Lasers & Putting
Lasers are incredible tool in golf. They let you pinpoint the position where the golf ball will go, which is incredible. They helps you judge distance and accuracy, which is vital in putting.
Mirrors & Putting
Putting Mirrors are very usefull in golf. They allow you to see your posture, where you are looking when you are putting and much more.
Golf Balls & Putting
The best golf ball could make your game an exhilarating rush where every shot just seems to go right. Yup, they’re that important. In fact golf companies spend countless hours and thousands of pounds each year working hard at the science to improve their golf balls.
Kardio
Strength training for golf can improve a player’s tee shot and golf swing. However, strength training isn’t the only type of workout a player needs. Golf cardio is also very important, and can make a big difference in a player’s game. Golf, in itself, can be quite healthy. A player can walk an average of three to five miles during an 18-hole round of golf. The walking is great for fitness. Combined with the movements and swing, the body can experience quite a workout during a day on the golf course.
